Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Eastern Energy Expo is an annual expo and trade show that brings together wholesale and retail liquid fuel marketers, motor fuel distributors, diesel and biodiesel distributors, propane marketers and HVAC service professionals. It hosts informative business presentations, technical education programs, a two-day trade show and numerous networking opportunities.

The Full Convention Registration Fee is $395 and includes access to more than 50 business sessions (Business and Technical Education tracks) and Wednesday’s Keynote Program as well as admission to the Trade Show. Additional company representatives are $25/person.  Register before May 2 to take advantage of early bird registration savings of $50.

Technical Education Track Registration Fee includes access to Technical Education programs, Keynote program and admission to the Trade Show.  Registration fee for OESP members is  $25/person and $50/person for non-OESP members.

Non-Exhibiting Vendor Registration Fee. Trade Show Admission Only. $250/person. This fee will be credited with a commitment to exhibit or sponsor at EEE 2027.

Trade Show Only is free for qualified attendees*  (see below) and includes admission to Wednesday’s Keynote programs.

Admission to the Trade Show is FREE for qualified attendees. This includes petroleum marketers, petroleum distributors and retail dealers, oil heat technicians, HVAC contractors, C-Store marketers, propane marketers, HVAC supply houses and petroleum equipment contractors, students, instructors, drivers and plumbers. If petroleum marketer is also a wholesale fuel supplier and not otherwise participating as sponsor or exhibitor, they are required to pay a registration fee.

Online registration will open in March 2026. It is highly recommended that you register in advance online to avoid lines onsite.

EEE does not mail badges in advance of the show. Pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges at the EEE Registration Desk at either the Sky Convention Center or Earth Expo Gateway area. Bring your confirmation email/barcode to print your badge.

Cancellation for attendee registration fees received prior to May 1 are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.  There are no refunds for cancellations received after May 1. If you need to cancel, email registration@omnievent.com
