What are the Move-In/Move-Out Dates & Times?
Move-In (Exhibit Hall & Outdoor Exhibits)
Monday, May 18 8:00am – 6:00pm (All indoor trucks must move in on Monday morning)
Tuesday, May 19 8:00am – 10:00am (No truck move-in permitted)
Exhibitor Move Out:
Wednesday, May 20 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Truck move out will begin immediately after the 2pm close of the show.
Note: It may take approximately 2 hours for empty crates to be delivered to your booth at the close of the show. All freight carriers must check into marshaling area by 3:00pm on Wednesday.

Your booth fee includes:

Where can I find Exhibitor Services Kit to order supplies for my booth?
Login to your Exhibitor Hub where you can access forms to order carpet, chairs, electric and other booth supplies. It also provides information regarding policies and procedures for loading/unloading of your booth equipment..

Are there deadlines for ordering booth services and furnishings?
There are no deadlines for ordering booth services, however, there are discounts for ordering early – before Tuesday, May 6.
Is there Wi-Fi in the Expo Center?
There is complimentary Wi-Fi at Mohegan Sun. To order dedicated/secure internet service for your booth, use the order forms that are available in your Exhibitor Services Kit.
How do I update my Online Booth Listing?
- Click on the Exhibitor Hub Login in the Exhibit menu at EasternEnergyExpo.com
- Enter your email and password
- Scroll down to the first box and click “edit” in the upper right corner
- Add cover photo/banner to your profile.
- Make updates to your description, web address, and product categories
- Click “contact” on the left to update other company info
As an exhibitor do I receive a Show Attendee list?
Yes. All exhibitors receive a Pre-Show list of all pre-registered attendees in mid-April and updated bi-weekly until show opens. After the show you will receive a list of all registered attendees unless the registrant opted out to receive correspondence from exhibitors.
IMPORTANT: There are many fraudulent email efforts to offer you the EEE attendee list. The EEE attendee lists come from EasternEnergyExpo directly and there is never a cost. Do not reply to any email solicitating attendee lists. If you are not sure, contact us at info@easternenergyexpo.com
Where can I order a badge scanner for Lead Retrieval?
